- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in sales support or a similar role is a plus
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a structured way of working
- Interest in the aviation industry
- Supporting the sales team in daily operations
- Handling customer inquiries and preparing design specifications
- Maintaining and updating customer and sales data
- Organizing and tracking projects in close collaboration with the sales team
- Assisting in the preparation of customer meetings and presentations
- Preparing analyses and reports on sales performance
