The cabin of the second Pilatus PC12 in the European Aircraft Private Club’s five-aircraft series has been successfully upgraded by AeroVisto. This upgrade has been designed to support the aircraft’s charter operations with practical enhancements that maintain style.
In the upgraded cabin, a notable feature is the passenger seats‘ new upholstery, which incorporates a diamond stitching pattern on durable and easy-to-maintain leather with stay-clean technology. This choice ensures longevity and ease of cleaning, which is crucial for the operational efficiency of charter services.
The headrests are now outfitted with comfortable fabric covers, while the side ledges and armrests have been uniformly fitted with dark leather, creating a cohesive, functional aesthetic.
The woodwork within the cabin has received a full revarnish, revitalizing the aircraft’s interior with a fresh and polished look. The curtains have been skillfully reproduced, reflecting the original Pilatus design’s precise folding pattern.
The successful completion of this project is attributed to the collaborative efforts with Nicolas Bruel and the JG Aviation team. AeroVisto appreciates the smooth process and looks forward to advancing this upgrade series for the remaining aircraft in the fleet, ensuring that each one is equipped with an interior that enhances both — operational functionality and passenger comfort.

AeroVisto Interior Services AG is a certified Part 145 EASA Maintenance Organization and a Part 21G EASA Production Organization and delivers the needed documentation with every service. This includes the Engineering Order, STC, Major Change, Minor Change Certification, and EASA Form 1. We take care of the complete coordination of the certification, including flammability sampling and testing and interaction between our production engineering and the corresponding team of the approved EASA 21J Design Organization.
