Julian Heinz has been actively working in our sales team since September 2022. So, some of our customers have already met our Sales Director for the Europe, Africa & Middle East regions in person. In the future, Julian will accompany many more of you to provide you with all the important information you need to make the best decisions in refurbishment projects. We want to take this opportunity to briefly introduce Julian — his background and his approach to what he does for you to provide you with the best customer experience.
Julian is a real aviation man. Since his Aviation Management studies, he has worked in aviation for many years and knows the industry and the needs of aviation customers from different perspectives. Julian was already working as a sales manager before joining AeroVisto. Previously, while Julian has been working in the USA, he has deepened his understanding of the international aviation market. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience in a consulting company for business aviation companies. And thanks to his work as a ramp agent for private and business jets at Frankfurt Airport, Julian knows the real needs of passengers and crew members very well.
“A good customer experience has always been essential to me,” Julian says. “And when you’re as close to the customer as you are on the ramp, you quickly learn what it takes to ensure everything runs to the customer’s complete satisfaction. And you understand the problem if something doesn’t go as planned.” Thanks to his work at Frankfurt Airport, one of the world’s most frequented airports, Julian has learned how essential good planning is – in all areas of aviation. Julian now uses this wealth of experience in complex refurbishment projects in the general aviation aftermarket.
“My goal is to develop innovative processes that create an added value for our clients — transparently and comprehensively,” Julian tells us. To achieve this, Julian wants to get to know and understand his customers thoroughly. All the useful technology and sensible digitalization cannot replace a personal meeting or the selection of materials on-site directly in the aircraft cabin. Julian, therefore, puts great emphasis on using both worlds – online and offline – efficiently and in the interests of his customers. So, Julian often travels the world to accompany his customers on their purchasing journey — and for that, it’s particularly fortunate when you live in Frankfurt am Main, one of Europe’s largest transportation hubs.
