We are pleased to announce that Gregor Rauser has taken over the role of Site Manager of AeroVisto Complete Aircraft Services as of June 4, 2024.

With Gregor, our facility in Schnaittach/Germany gets an experienced Site Manager who is very connected to the location. Gregor Rauser has been with CAS since 2016, when he started working in carpentry and surface finishing. Since then, he has worked as a Project Manager, later on as Key Account Manager and Deputy Site Manager. After the acquisition of CAS, the management of the AeroVisto Group soon recognized his potential and ensured that Gregor further developed his skills by joining the AeroViso leadership program — as we can see, with complete success.

Having started his career at CAS in the workshop, Gregor Rauser’s unique perspective is a significant advantage. He shares, „This comprehensive view allows me to understand the product, the processes, and the procedures in logistics and certification very deeply. I am also familiar with the daily tasks and challenges of the team, having experienced them firsthand. So, I understand the effort it takes to maintain our high level of quality, day after day, workpiece after workpiece“.

Gregor is looking forward to his new role and can now use his knowledge even better to ensure smooth processes and the satisfaction of our demanding customers.
