Elevating Fleet Standards
The Bombardier Challenger 850, renowned for its impressive range and spacious cabin, is a distinguished choice in private aviation. This particular aircraft showcases the next evolution in a series of meticulously planned fleet-wide upgrades, where consistency in design meets exceptional craftsmanship.
Maintaining a consistent interior design standard across the fleet is paramount for operators managing multiple aircraft. This Challenger 850 represents another milestone in an ongoing series of interior transformations, where each aircraft builds upon the success of previous upgrades while maintaining a cohesive fleet identity.
The interior design strikes a perfect balance between timeless elegance and modern sophistication. A carefully curated color palette featuring light grey leather with diamond stitching creates an inviting atmosphere, while classic grey elements in the cabin provide sophisticated contrast. This thoughtful combination ensures a consistent aesthetic that aligns perfectly with the fleet’s established design language.
Comprehensive Interior Transformation
The scope of this transformation extended far beyond surface-level changes. As one of only five European completion centers certified for advanced foam modification, we implemented a complete foam replacement program for all passenger seats and the divan, ensuring 16G compliance while dramatically enhancing comfort. This technical expertise, combined with our certification from Collins Aerospace, allowed us to deliver seating that offers both superior safety and exceptional comfort.
The upgrade encompassed multiple elements that work in harmony:
- Advanced Stay Clean leather technology for enhanced durability
- Custom diamond stitching patterns add visual sophistication
- Innovative decor film applications providing modern surface finishes
- Comprehensive window assembly modifications
- New countertops in a sophisticated light-tone
- Custom curtains and upholstery throughout the cabin
Technical Excellence Meets Aesthetic Appeal
Every aspect of this refurbishment project was executed with meticulous attention to detail. Integrating Stay Clean leather technology not only elevates the aesthetic appeal but also ensures easier maintenance and prolonged material life. Modern decor films were carefully selected and applied to wooden elements, providing a contemporary finish while optimizing installation efficiency.
The project seamlessly combines practical improvements with aesthetic enhancements. Window assemblies were overhauled entirely and coordinated with the new interior scheme. The cabin’s headliner and sidewalls received careful attention, ensuring perfect alignment with the overall design concept.

Cessna Citation XLS – Project Review
For a Citation XLS built in 2008, Luminair GmbH of Hamburg commissioned a full interior refurbishment — part of a cabin design meant to carry across its fleet.

Client Case: Embraer Phenom 300
This Embraer Phenom 300 design features three signatures. Leather with Stay-Clean-Technology covers the cabin seating, chosen to maintain its appearance under frequent passenger use. The wooden elements carry Decor Film Application, robust where daily service demands it.

Client Case: Embraer Legacy 500
The Embraer Legacy 500 belongs to the current generation of business-jet cabins — interiors with more complex geometries, more individual components, and more of the cabin lined and trimmed than earlier designs.

Client Case: Embraer Phenom 300
The owner of this Phenom 300 approached us with a decision that turned a maintenance event into something larger: use the downtime for a complete refurbishment — maintenance, cabin, and exterior, all at once.

Client Case: Boeing Business Jet
The Boeing Business Jet sits at the top of the business-aviation cabin — a Boeing 737 turned private aircraft, with the floor space of an airliner and the finish of a private jet.

Client Case: Bombardier Challenger 605
The Bombardier Challenger 605 has earned its place in the super-midsize segment through range, cabin volume, and the kind of quiet reliability that private clients value over time.
