When Satisfaction Becomes Strategy

The Embraer Legacy 600 remains one of the most capable platforms in the super-midsize category, valued for its generous cabin volume and reliable performance across demanding regional routes. When Anap Jets commissioned AeroVisto to refurbish their first Legacy 600, the project was positioned as the opening chapter of a fleet standardization program — an interior template that would define the operator’s brand identity across multiple aircraft.

That first project delivered. After adding a second Legacy 600 to their fleet, Anap Jets returned to AeroVisto for the same treatment. The decision followed directly from their experience with the first aircraft — a straightforward continuation of a working relationship that had produced the results they wanted.

Design Continuity

The design brief followed the proven direction established with the first aircraft, maintaining the material philosophy and cabin language that Anap Jets had made their own. Carbon-look Décor Film Application on all wooden surfaces, custom glass inlays in the galley, and a full upholstery program formed the familiar foundation.

Warm blue-grey leather defined the seating and cabin surfaces, paired with light, neutral ultraleather that covered the headliner, windowliner, and valance panels, creating a bright ceiling environment. Deep cobalt machine-tufted carpet anchored the cabin floor, while anthracite carpeting served the cockpit and cargo compartment.

The cockpit received black sheepskin seat covers complementing new leather elements on the pilot positions. Dark charcoal seatbelts were fitted throughout, and all metal components were re-plated in a high-gloss pewter finish.

Magnetic Flooring

For the galley and lavatory areas, Anap Jets specified AeroLoc magnetic tile flooring by Aircraft Interior Products — a system the operator already knew from their first Legacy 600.

AeroLoc uses individual tiles held in place magnetically rather than bonded to the substrate. For charter operators, the maintenance advantage is practical: tiles can be lifted individually for inspection, cleaning, or replacement without disturbing adjacent surfaces. Compared to traditional stone flooring, which requires considerably more effort to remove and reinstall, the system simplifies routine maintenance access. The light cream stone-look pattern specified for the wet areas provided the clean, bright appearance the operator wanted.

The installation process draws on the same precision and material handling expertise that defines all cabin finishing work. The tiles required custom cutting and test-laying at the facility in Switzerland before the team traveled to England for final on-site installation.

Coordinated Execution Across Borders

The project involved a new MRO partnership: Inflight in the UK handled aircraft disassembly and reassembly, while all refurbishment work was carried out at AeroVisto’s facility in Switzerland. It was the first collaboration between the two organizations.

AeroVisto provided custom transport boxes for all cabin components. Inflight packed and shipped the disassembled interior to Switzerland, where the full scope was executed before components were returned to England for reinstallation. For the flooring and carpet installation, AeroVisto’s team worked on-site at Inflight’s facility.

The collaboration ran smoothly — once the logistics framework was established, the process required minimal intervention. A solid foundation for future projects together.

A Client Who Becomes Part of the Process

Throughout the project, Christophe Tidiane Djiré, Deputy Director of Continuing Airworthiness at Anap Jets, was closely involved. He received weekly status updates, visited both the AeroVisto facility and the Inflight site in England, and worked directly with the team on adjustments and special requests. This went beyond standard client communication — Christophe was an active participant in the refurbishment process, contributing to decisions on-site.

His message to the AeroVisto team after project completion:
“Working together with you and your team over the past year has been a real pleasure. I value the trust, openness, and honesty we share, and I truly appreciate the relationship we’ve built over time. It means a great deal to work with partners where collaboration feels natural, respectful, and rooted in shared values.”

For Anap Jets, the second Legacy 600 confirms a fleet strategy built on consistent results. For AeroVisto, it is a project where the client already knew what to expect — and received it.
