The Embraer Lineage 1000, originally designed as a commercial airliner and converted for VIP use, offers cabin space comparable to ACJ and BBJ aircraft. With its distinctive configuration and generous proportions, this aircraft type requires specific refurbishment expertise. AeroVisto welcomes these aircraft at our facilities, providing the technical knowledge their unique layout demands.
This refurbishment project focused on restoring cabin condition while maintaining operational efficiency. The scope addressed key areas showing wear from intensive charter use, particularly important for Middle Eastern clientele who favor this aircraft type.
All passenger seats received new upholstery in Stay Clean leather with updated stitching patterns, maintaining the warm color scheme preferred by regular passengers. The four cabin divans were reupholstered with black Tisca fabric, while all wood surfaces underwent complete revarnishing. Dado panels were refinished with Stay Clean leather for easy maintenance.
Additional work included comprehensive interior cleaning, repairs to curtains and other soft furnishings, new Almond Gold Satin plating on metal components, and fresh paint on threshold areas. Our client handled carpet replacement directly, with our team ensuring proper coordination with other cabin elements.
This Lineage 1000 project demonstrates practical refurbishment execution for leased aircraft. By focusing on visible wear areas and passenger touchpoints, the upgrade restored cabin appeal and addressed operational feedback while respecting investment limitations. The result provides a refreshed interior meeting charter market expectations, particularly for their Middle Eastern clientele who appreciate both the aircraft’s spacious cabin and maintained warm color palette.
AeroVisto Interior Services AG is a certified Part 145 EASA Maintenance Organization and a Part 21G EASA Production Organization and delivers the needed documentation with every service. This includes the Engineering Order, STC, Major Change, Minor Change Certification, and EASA Form 1. We take care of the complete coordination of the certification, including flammability sampling and testing and interaction between our production engineering and the corresponding team of the approved EASA 21J Design Organization.
