AeroVisto has completed a comprehensive cabin refurbishment for a Bombardier Challenger 850, focusing on delivering consistent design standards while enhancing passenger comfort throughout the aircraft interior.
This full refurbishment project demonstrates our approach to executing detailed interior upgrades that balance aesthetic appeal with operational requirements. Each element of this transformation was carefully coordinated to meet the operator’s specifications for their charter operations.
The cabin features a thoughtful material selection centered around Stay Clean leather in light grey, applied to all ten passenger seats with diamond stitching patterns that create visual harmony throughout the interior. The same premium leather extends to the divan and dado panels, establishing a cohesive design language throughout the passenger areas.
Decor Film Application was applied to all wooden elements, providing a fresh surface treatment that combines aesthetic appeal with practical durability for regular charter use. This modern finishing technique supports operational efficiency while maintaining a refined appearance.
Functional upgrades include new Corian® countertops in a refined white pepper finish for lavatory and galley areas, offering reliable work surfaces. Premium fabric selections add complementary touches throughout the cabin, including elegant curtain materials and observer seat upholstery that enhance the overall atmosphere.
The refurbishment scope encompassed Window Assy work with new shades color-matched to the cabin’s interior palette. Professional painting ensures seamless integration of cockpit and cabin components, while updated seatbelts provide necessary safety compliance with visual consistency.
Crew comfort received special attention with premium sheepskin seat covers, providing enhanced comfort for flight operations. Ultraleather applications on headliners and window frames complete the refined material palette throughout the aircraft.
This project represents another successful collaboration, supporting the operator’s commitment to fleet quality standards. Through systematic project execution and attention to detail, we’ve created a cabin environment that effectively serves both passenger expectations and operational demands.

AeroVisto Interior Services AG is a certified Part 145 EASA Maintenance Organization and a Part 21G EASA Production Organization and delivers the needed documentation with every service. This includes the Engineering Order, STC, Major Change, Minor Change Certification, and EASA Form 1. We take care of the complete coordination of the certification, including flammability sampling and testing and interaction between our production engineering and the corresponding team of the approved EASA 21J Design Organization.
