AeroVisto has completed a seat refurbishment project for this Embraer Legacy 600, demonstrating how selective upgrades can deliver maximum impact while respecting both budget considerations and value retention.
This selective approach made perfect sense for this particular aircraft. While the existing wood veneers and cabin surfaces remained in good condition for continued operations, the seating areas showed signs of wear that affected passenger comfort and cabin presentation. That’s why our client opted for strategic partial refurbishment focusing on the elements that matter most to the passenger experience.
The comprehensive seat upgrade included all ten cabin seats, the divan, and the flight attendant seat, featuring premium leather in a warm beige tone that keeps visual consistency throughout the passenger areas. The project also included upholstery work on both lavatory seats and foot rest cushion replacement on six single seats.
Complete foam replacement ensures optimal comfort and compliance with safety standards, while new seat belts provide both regulatory compliance and aesthetic harmony with the refreshed interior. Additional work included professional plating of seat components to ensure a complete, high-quality finish.
This partly cabin refurbishment delivered meaningful cabin improvements while maintaining operational efficiency and preserving the aircraft’s existing value. By focusing on key passenger contact points and preserving well-maintained cabin elements, the upgrade enhanced the overall environment without requiring extensive downtime or unnecessary expense.
At AeroVisto, we always work in the customer’s best interest, focusing on work that truly adds value. This Legacy 600 project exemplifies our commitment to practical solutions that enhance the passenger experience through strategic improvements and efficient execution.
