A Milestone Worth Celebrating:

80 Strong and Growing

Monday, September 1st, was one of those moments that remind us of what we’re building together. Our teams in Staad, Zurich, and Schnaittach gathered — some in person, others connected via screens — to celebrate a significant milestone: The AeroVisto Group now stands 80 members strong.

Watching our colleagues come together in person and virtually from other locations truly highlights what makes this achievement special. It’s not just about reaching a number; it’s about 80 individuals who show up every day with skill, passion, and dedication to their craft.

Hermann Bauer and Carsten Matthiesen addressed the teams with heartfelt words: “Each of you has contributed to getting us here. From our very first projects to today, it’s been your commitment, your willingness to support each other, and your drive to continuously improve that has made AeroVisto what it is today.”

The toast that followed — glasses raised both in person and on screen — was a perfect symbol of our unity despite the distances between our facilities. We may work in different locations, but we’re one team with shared values: respect, reliability, and the determination to grow together.

What does this growth signify? For our valued clients, it means greater expertise and capacity to complete outstanding cabin refurbishments on time. For our team, it presents more opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in their specialties. But most importantly, it means we’re building something sustainable together—a company where craftsmanship and teamwork work seamlessly.

To every member of our team: Thank you. Thank you for your craftsmanship. Thank you for your dedication. Thank you for believing in what we’re building together.

And as our management team emphasized: This isn’t a finish line — it’s a starting signal for what’s to come.

Here’s to our journey together, to the milestones ahead, and most importantly, to the 80 people who make it all possible! 🥂
