Italian Creativity Meets Swiss Precision
At the 2025 Dubai Airshow, AeroVisto Group and AircraftStudioDesign unveiled a new collaboration dedicated to the extreme personalization of truly unique aircraft: 1 of One.
Born from the encounter between Italian creativity and Swiss precision, 1 of One represents a new way of interpreting flight — not merely as a means of transport, but as a personal and cultural experience. The collaboration combines Mirco Pecorari’s iconic design language with AeroVisto’s technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities, creating an aeronautical atelier where clients don’t just commission an aircraft — they co-create it.

Mirco is an internationally recognized designer known for merging aesthetics, functionality, and identity into a unique visual language in contemporary aviation. His signature has appeared on aircraft from Pilatus, Dassault, Embraer, Bombardier, and Boeing Business Jets.
Beyond commercial aviation, Pecorari has created iconic projects including the commemorative liveries for the Italian Air Force Tornado and Frecce Tricolori, the futuristic Nemesis — now on permanent display at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum — and the Rolls-Royce ACCEL Spirit of Innovation, the world’s fastest electric aircraft, currently exhibited at the Science Museum in London.

Each 1 of One aircraft is conceived as a complete universe, where exterior and interior, materials and personal belongings follow a single, coherent vision. It’s not just about style — it’s identity translated into matter.
From nose to tail, every surface, scent, and finish is shaped to evoke an atmosphere — a way of living, not just flying. The harmony between form, function, and emotion defines a new category of aviation design: The Jet as a Lifestyle.

Zen Horizon — A Sanctuary in the Sky
The first concept to emerge from the 1 of One collaboration is Zen Horizon — a Dassault Falcon 2000 conceived as an inner space suspended in the sky.
Drawing inspiration from Japanese Zen philosophy, this aircraft is designed as a sanctuary of balance, calm, and clarity. Not a means of transportation, but a floating retreat where light, sound, texture, and scent guide the mind toward stillness.
The cabin environment draws from the tranquility of traditional Zen gardens: tones of linen, bamboo, and soft stone blend with satin metal surfaces. The carpet echoes the raked patterns of a karesansui garden, while sidewall panels reference the vertical rhythm of a bamboo forest. An engraved slate bulkhead with traditional wave motifs serves as a meditative focal point.
The Falcon Zen Horizon doesn’t take you somewhere — it brings you back to yourself.
A Multi-Sensory Experience
Zen Horizon engages all senses to create an atmosphere of complete immersion:
- Sensorial Refuge — Tones of linen, bamboo, and soft stone blend with satin metal surfaces finished in Ion Collision Tea-Leaf Gold, creating a visual language of natural calm.
- Sounds of Silence — Custom ambient compositions inspired by nature: wind, water, distant chimes, the hum of a koto string. Sound becomes part of the architecture.
- Adaptive Light — Circadian lighting shifts with the rhythm of breathing, subtly regulating focus and relaxation throughout the flight.
- Fragrance — A bespoke scent called Hinoki Air balances notes of Japanese cypress and green tea, grounding the cabin in olfactory tranquility.
- Ritual Objects — Handcrafted tea cups hidden in wooden drawers, a preserved bonsai, a paper lantern that glows in sync with the passenger’s breathing through biofeedback control.
- Digital Minimalism — When Meditation Flight Mode is activated, devices automatically pause, leaving room for silence and perception.
The Creative Ritual

At AircraftStudioDesign’s studio in Modena, in the heart of Italy’s Motor Valley, each owner is invited to live a personal journey: an intimate exploration of who they are and what their aircraft should say about them.
It starts with a mood table — a visual diary of materials, colors, textures, and inspirations. Through sketches, 3D models, and direct dialogue, an idea gradually becomes tangible. Advanced tools, including Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality presentations, allow clients to step inside their aircraft, explore every detail, and feel its atmosphere long before the first material is touched.
1 of One grants access to rare materials and bespoke finishes: leathers infused with precious metals through Ion Collision Finishing, woods sculpted by Italian artisans, forged metals, stones, crystal glass, and unique handmade elements that merge tradition with innovation.
Each meeting, each drawing, each sample is part of a shared creative ritual. The result is not a livery, an interior, or an accessory — it’s a portrait in motion.
Emotion in Motion
A 1 of One aircraft is a unified artistic statement from every angle.
The Zen Horizon’s exterior reflects the same philosophy that shapes its cabin: a silver and charcoal livery, accented with subtle green pinstriping, echoes the interior’s natural palette. The kanji character for “zen” (禅) appears near the forward cabin windows — a quiet signature that connects inside and outside into one coherent expression.
Matching amenities and personal belongings extend the design language beyond the aircraft itself.
Custom travel bags, tableware, and accessories are meticulously designed to harmonize with the cabin environment, ensuring the 1 of One experience continues from hangar to destination.
